Beginner investors value system is teamwork
Most beginner investors end up being the biggest business owners. We will define business to be a major concern with more than 400 employees. Most beginner investors who transform themselves to big business owners were formerly often average students.
They could have been bright but didn’t like academics. They dropped out midway or just finished college by luck. Most successful IT company owners belong here. They went to business and made it big time. These self made millionaires utilize well other people’s time, they hire the A students to work for them and the results always are incredible.
An exceptional character of most of the people in this group is that they had a passion for something specific which they worked hard on and landed them to a fortune. Business owners believe in team work and they are good at bringing together people of diverse background and expertise to work towards one purpose.
To be a successful business owner you have to identify what you want, understand what you got to do to get there and execute with the help of different but sharp minds.
As a business owner you have to understand that, while you can create a product you must learn how to sell it. You got to have that skill that tells the buyers....hey! I got this product for you!... If you lack this skill or you don’t hire someone to do it for you, you cannot join this class. You will be producing your products to fill your inventory yard instead of getting them out to the final users.
Business owners keep track of the economy and the markets to make sure they are in the right place at the right time. If technology and time changes demand, they are flexible to move with it. This is different for the next group; the investors.
